I'd do a grand if you weren't so far away, and I don't even like those ones

Nice. Offer 1k and see what happens
I was thinking 1.5k but seems the tree limb wants to take all my fun money.

Yours and Stampie's photos -- I had no idea there was anything appealing about these cars until now
If you're not afraid of dealing with the fitment issues of a Duraflex kits (and from what I've seen of your capabilities, you can definitely make it work), you can get that same look fairly easily. The US bumpers on the 107, 116, and 123 actually cut and tuck very easily.

I think you over estimate my redneck abilities.

Zender or Konig?
I almost got a Konig w126 coupe shell for 1500 back in 2015. I was so sad when I couldn't get the time off to scoop it up.
chandler said:Actual Koenig. Guy was walking his dog saw that and sent pics. Wicked
That's amazing.
Okay, to thread jack a little, I'm looking for a complete used supercharger kit for the old w126 560 series if any of you guys come across one.
I don't think I should buy this one. I don't think I'm at the yupididit, chandler, and Cotton level yet. One day I can only hope to be worthy. I did see a blue r107 at a shop on the way home. Made me like the green better.
In reply to Stampie (FS) :
Sold it lol
Really though, that r107 wont be hard to work on. They come apart easily and parts are easy to find. They're everywhere.

Damn I'm kinda disappointed. Kinda like when you find out your childhood hero can't really jump over a mountain.

No one is on Cotton's level. I don't even own any Mercedes, right now
You didn't pick up that pontoon? That seemed like it could make a decent project. I'm buried in 6.9s right now....I've changed so many old Mercedes fuel pumps in the last couple of months I feel like I permanently smell like old gas.

Nope the seller started being sketch on picking it up. 7 hour drive lol.
I found a nice inline6 w108 locally that I can't get right now.

I think, I'll stay away from v12 w140's lol unless they're running on a standalone.

V8 w140s too! Lol. We were both going through the w140 drama at the same time. I swear I'm about to shoot my w140 coupe, or ram it with the Halo truck. My later v12 cars never gave me as much grief.
That w108 looks nice...get it!
