Definitely weight shift. Don't let the rudders fool you. Perfectly fine flying machine. John Moody invented ultralights by bolting chainsaw engine on one.
My eyes went right to the blue, raised roof Marathon Checker. Why raised roof? In general, they already were a raised roof. Actually, maybe this is some sort of "wheelchair capable" modification.
