Sell off everything behind the cab and get most or all of your money back, then you've got the coolest tow vehicles on the planet.

Is that one of those weird 2 stroke diesels?
It is totally cool, someone will snap it up for use in parades I'm sure.
Oh that is so full of awesome!!! When I was much younger, I was a volunteer firefighter in my hometown. We had a 1970 American LaFrance pumper truck. The front end looked just like that. It had the outdoor jump seats. It was berkeleying feezing to ride in the winter...we all rushed to the station to try to get into our then new truck that had a fully indoor cab.
I like that WAY more than I should. Extend the cab for a limo style rear AND put a ramp on the back big enough for a car and UTV. Perfect tow vehicle!
Check out the other items the dealership has for sale. The sold vintage steamshovel is just too cool.

I SO want to build an RV out of a rig like that!!
I was just thinking a RV/toy hauler built out of one of those would be amazing.

Holy crap, where did you find that picture? Pretty sure I remember those guys. Back in the early to mid 2000's I was doing some HPDE days in my FFR Cobra. I did them all at Pocono Raceway. I drove it too/from the track. One day on my last session, the pin sheared off my distributor. Not being a mechanic, I had no idea how to fix it (or what was wrong with it at the time). The guys who had this truck (or one just like it with cars just like it on the back) came over and bailed me out...for free. They did a quick fix so that I could drive it home.
