I have two and a half 914's I have had them for twenty years and have done nothing with it. There Is a supposedly rebuilt 1.8, a non rebuilt 1.8, and the Porsche 2.0 with Bosch injection. The "rebuilt" engine has twin Weber 40idf carbs that need work. There is a 930 slant nose body kit. Main usable chassis had supports welded into the door frames and the floors cut out. It has been garaged for the entire time I've had it. The second car has been outside and was rusted when purchased. The 1/2 is a car that I bought for the engine and body kit that chassis was in two pieces when purchased and has been disposed of. I'm just checking for interest here if you would like more info or photos I can provide you upon request. $2000o.b.o.
Please say you're far away from north Carolina.....

I'm in Orlando Florida, so depends on what you mean by too far?
Stampie! We got one for you!

That's funny, it was seeing one of Stampie's old post that encouraged me to post this.
I'm sad you're not near me.

E36 M3 I was saying at the same time "Watch it'll be in FL." Sending PM.
I've always wanted to rallycross a 914. Much like Dusterbd, I'm happy you're not local.

Just a short drive for you sir.
Pics? Titles on any of them?
For you folk that don't know what to with 1/2 of a 914, a guy made a tube frame ice racer with a Corvair engine cantilevered out in front of the front axle. You can actually curl with the rear bumper. I thought I was doing well drifting through a corner at ~70mph when that thing passed me on the outside. That's OK, more experience in a modified car. Until beer o'clock when someone said, "Yeah, but that was his wife in Powder Puff".
The one below is Peugeot powered, but the 'Vair looks like it.

That's a lot closer than Cali.

You're not helping...
Stampie? Help a brother out here and buy these so i don't.
Stampie, there might be some bits from one that I'd be interested in on behalf of my Dad. If that helps you make a decision.
You'd have to buy them first, of course
Right now the OP is going to get me pictures. No hurry I think on either side. Life is busy and he's only had them for 20 years. I've only wanted one for like 35 years. Couple of days to get pictures isn't a big deal.
But the rest of us are champing at the bit! (I sorta have to live vicariously through you!)
In reply to octavious :
Titles on both chassis pics are coming soon
In reply to Stampie (FS) :
I'm moving E36 M3 away from the cars today I will have pictures tomorrow morning. Sorry for the delay just had late nights recently.

I'm way to old to be impatient. Ever notice that the young ones are the most impatient yet they have the longest to live?
