Someone rescue this thing so I can afford to pay property taxes instead of buying this.

5-speed supercharged XR7s are exceedingly uncommon, especially as they were only offered in 89 and 90. The T-Bird SC continued offering the same drivetrain up until 1995. This would be a fun challenge project and/or daily driver. Even if the underneath is rotted to heck, it would be a great donor for another shell.

You know they usually give you 3 years to pay your property taxes with little penalty.

Seems like a decent enough car, if the engine/engine compartment is any indication it may not be too rusty.  Just a bit too far away for my taste.

I had no idea those ever came with a manual.  My friend's mom had a Cougar (auto I'm pretty sure).  Digital dash.  I could never convince my friend that just because the digital dash showed "188" on startup, that didn't mean it would do 188mph.
