Spicy Jalapeño - 2006 Porsche Cayenne S

Well I do have to sell it. 

2006 Porsche Cayenne S Titanium 

4.5L V8, 6 speed Tiptronic auto, 2-speed gearbox, 18" Berg wheels with Nokian Outpost AT tires. 

Clean title, runs and drives great! Steel suspension, full 3" stainless exhaust that is the best sounding of all time, tune, LED taillights, Litronic headlights, nav, etc.

So many new parts and maintenance. Air filters, cabin filter, bulbs, fluid changes, Interstate battery, new Nav/radio unit from Porsche, etc. Tons of new parts not installed yet like both sets of rear hatch struts, plus and coils, headlight switch, etc.

A/C is fully charged but won't turn on, interior is cosmetically rough in places, and that's it. Everything else works!

I don't want to sell it but buying a house and the lender is making me as I have a small loan on it.

$15,000 firm, which is way under market and way less than I have in it.

If it's a small loan, pay it off?

I tried but the mortgage company doesn't want me spending money like that. It stinks.

I can only imagine some of the requirements that mortgage companies are requiring from folks buying homes in this time.

It holds 3 across in the back, 2 in the trunk, and 1 on the roof rack.

Yeah.  It's cool but can't compete with tbt suburban for utility with three rapidly growing kids.

How many miles? Location?

If I can sell my cayenne diesel in time then I'm interested.

If I wouldn't have picked up a local one a few months back I would be on this.  Lifted mine 3", handles great still.

127,xxx miles and about an hour north of Portland Oregon. 

Price drop to $14,000.

Includes stock 19" wheels/tires, 21" 957 GTS wheels, new in box Porsche cross bars

I have four Touaregs already, no need for a pepper right now.
