I think that statement is more made to don't expect to drive at home and that these things haven't actually been diagnosed and may not be accurate. It's a diesel so I would just add a few gallons of kerosene into the fold, and I'd expect pads and rotors and possibly calipers and outer tie rod ends. The wheels look to be either 19.5 or 21.5, so the tire should be okay as they'll have a full steel case.
