A commentor says, "Belongs to the 82d Aerial Targets Squadron, located at Tyndall AFB, Florida. It’s a BQM-167. If you drive past Tyndall AFB, you see them out there all the time."
Does finders keepers apply to Air Force drones that wash up on the beach? I'd be tempted to drag it home and find out.

I think that only applies to any other branch of the military that finds it.
