I have a friend who has a 1982 TR8 convertable, yes canada made, so mileage is in KM (56000) or about 34000 miles.  It is in excellant shape, new top, new tires, new brakes, new shocks.  It runs great, has the buick V8 in it (origional)  It could use new carpet and upholstery because it is origional as well.  Any Ideas of how much she should ask for it?  It has always been garage kept, it is in Wisconsin but has never seen snow or salt.

Some pictures would be nice to get ideas. Besides, you didn't share the price for selling.

Well, given that the OP is asking us to help with price finding I'm not surprised that they didn't add a price.

But yes, pictures are important in this case.

TR8 values are all over the place. Could be anywhere from 2500 to 20,000.  Going to need a lot more info to even begin valuations on this. The fact that it’s a low mileage late fi TR8 bodes well for its value.   81/82 versions have interiors that are not available and tended to fall apart almost instantly after driving off the lot.
