i've seen worse bumpers, but a stock one would be nicer. Picking it up 'off season' and needing paint sounds like 2k for a high point to me.
Really? $2k for a running, driving turbo Miata? I don't think I've ever seen such a thing around here, and I do most of my looking in the "off-season."
I think $3k could be a screaming deal, depending on the mechanical condition.
Looking at the rest of the car, it's unlikely that the turbo setup is going to be good.
And it smokes.
I like $2k. Or less.
