I'd guess because it's still outfitted for business, and it would be a pretty low-cost way for a small-town/underfunded police department to get a functional cruiser.
What application would this car have, outfitted with amber lights, and "PURSUIT VEHICLE" graphics? Also, this car used to be metallic burgundy.
It's you guys fault, you've been talking up P71's for so long the word is out, they are hot, they are cool, they are desirable. I bet in 10 years genuine P71's will out price regular EN114's by a wide margin.
I Looked at the pics and was like... I've seen LEO's like that in my mirror before... that color sure looks... read a little further "APPROVED FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC BY MN STATE PATROL". Lolz.
I was really hoping that there was an Ecoboost Taurus Interceptor for 10K. That has a big possibility of making an appearance as my Dad DD in a few years.

Yea, you've been able to buy radar units like that for a long time. The best is when you have a K band ground speed radar on an implement being towed that happens to point forward. That baby can flood out normal k band radar units so they can't get a lock.
