Centurion conversion. Generally meant to pull 5th wheel horse trailers back in the days when dually pick-ups were not competing with luxury cars when it came to interiors.

I'd swear a CL ad for that exact van/truck has been posted here before.

I think the Centurion conversions were done to a higher degree. This one (Cabriolet)...not so much. Dreamer also made a number of these as well.
