Was GRM looking for a mobile HQ office?

I thought I read that somewhere. Well, just in case .....

I don't know if we need a mobile office, but why not, right? 

How timely as I just watched this over the weekend. (The movie made its debut 40 years ago this past weekend.)

I really don't understand why their aren't fleets of these setup as mobile coffee shops/cafes

Thought of that, then I remembered either Tom or Tim saying how the concession stand is a huge part of how GRM can afford the track.

Or something.  But for The Firm?  Sure.

Permits etc. for each venue?  I've worked in restaurants and I understand food trucks are tougher.

Cool idea for spreading the GRM word, but you're doing OK. 😎

There's a rash of "Vineyards" popping up here.  They buy grapes and smash a token amount to show you how it works, but it's really an entertainment site.  Some have their own labels but bring in a variety of food trucks for the food bit.  No fuss for the vineyard. 🍷
