Junior Warship has grown tired of sharing a vehicle with her mother now that she is working full time and going to college.
She really likes driving Mrs Warship's 2010 Prius, but I believe she would be amenable to a 2nd gen, and without knowing the the history of the vehicle, I would prefer 2nd gen myself. (MW inherited her 2010 from her father with less than 100K gentle miles on it, and it has been completely trouble free for nearly 100K more)
Anyone holding? She is also open to other small quirky/cute choices, but stone axe reliability is a must. Price is flexible, dependent on mileage and condition, but cheaper is better. Location is very flexible; but I let my passport expire, so ContiUS, pleez.
I'm probably a minimum of 3 weeks out with these recent Prius acquisitions

Mr Indy is likely on a similar timeframe...

Above 175k the Gen2 (04-09) is far superior reliability than the Gen3 (10-16)
The Gen3 s 1.8L is known for burning oil and blowing HGs over 175k. The high probability of these problems makes used 1.8L expensive. The Gen2s 1.5L does not have the same problems.
Please post up or send directly links to the ones you find and we will both tell you what we see from that listing.
Quirky and reliable...search for the overlooked Toyota Echo. They too are 1.5L and run reliably yet seem to be overlooked. Original Scion xB and Scion xA are the same chassis with same reliability.
I have a 2009 Prius for sale. Haven't tried very hard, it's a good car. 136,500 miles, great mechanical condition. Has some cosmetic issues, but nothing serious. Needs an alignment, but has good 2022 tires with 6k miles. My daughter drove it to HS junior year, but has a Mustang now.
Let me know here or PM me if you're interested.

Where are you located, how much are you asking, and can you share some photos?
In reply to llysgennad :
That sounds like a nice one

I'm in Topeka, KS. I can help deliver part way, or it's a great fly and drive. Price is $6K. I'll get pictures today, and alignment this week.

Not asked but giving input anyway...
2009 is nice because it is the last year of the great ones or said another way, the newest one of the great ones you can buy.
136k is baby miles. At about that time the car will need new brakes pads and rotors for the first time. Yeah, 136k out of factory front brake pads! If they have even been done once (with quality parts) then you are likely good for life. Original rear drum shoes will last 200k.
$4k will buy you one with 200k. $6k for 136k is a few-k under market price!
We are the 2nd owners of this beauty, purchased from my wife's company. Primarily dealer serviced, with updates and repairs as needed.
EDIT: sold

I'm still on my original front pads on the 2010. I've done the rears twice.
In reply to llysgennad :
I'll show the photos to the Lil Warship, and see what she thinks.
Still original brakes, as far as I know. Alignment is scheduled for Friday.
Email is my username at the g place
Even if it needs brakes in the near future, $50 for quality pads and $50 each for rotors and you're only $150 in to a front brake job. Nothing special, nothing complex. Just typical front disk brake job.
I'm not worried about doing brakes.
