I Present my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid:
Sub Challenge priced. Runs. Drives. Titled and tagged in Ok. Just screw some Lexan where the back window used to be and don't put anything in the trunk unless it's waterproof. Probably not quite what you are looking for, but I can provide more detail if it fits.

I'm planning to drive the car to work tomorrow and get some detailed pics, maybe a walk around video. I have not had it long and the most I've driven it was at a Rallycross a week ago. I have no real reason to get rid of it other than that I have no good reason to keep it. I'm in Northeast Ok almost 8 hours of driving from Lubbock. Next weekend, I'll be working in the Dallas area and it's possible for me to trailer the Camry there if you like it and are ready to act that soon.
Briefly... It has a 'rebuilt' Oklahoma title, but I didn't really do much rebuilding. It does not have any check engine or advisory lights lit. The windshield has a crack most of the way across the lower half - not in the normal driving view. The mileage is about 217,000. I'm pretty sure that everything works as far as HVAC, windows, locks, seats etc. It feels like the brakes are scraping metal (when it stops), but it may just be from residual rust on the rotors from sitting - it stops well. I just got 4 new brake pads (clearance deal on RockAuto) for it, but have not even taken a wheel off to look at the calipers yet. Here's the auction listing from when I bought it: https://www.copart.com/lot/70674032/salvage-2007-toyota-camry-hybrid-ar-fayetteville
After buying it, I pulled the trunk out enough to remove the crushed 12V battery, put a spare (larger) 12V battery in and replaced the [crushed] regenerative brake module with a deal just like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/125417196426? It has a pair of 1993 Honda Del Sol tail lights firmly bolted on back to make it 'street legal'.
More info and pics by late afternoon Monday.
