I'm here again to feed my addiction. Maybe you have a stalled project? A runner that's stopped running years ago and parked?

Im here to remove that eyesore. This worked last time I tried it, so why not try again. Anyone have a Miat they don't need?

I have a 95 project that has been on jackstands in the garage too long. I'm in S. Central KY. It has been in process of freshing up suspension and brakes but I just never have time to work on it.

What kind of $$ are you hoping to spend?

If you'd like to take this off forum  - just shoot me an email at tristanDOTcarnesAT gmail

I don't "need" my Miata but it's kind of at the opposite end of being a non-running project.   I'm $15k deep in it just in parts discounting any of the labor it took to get it there.

I'm afraid it means I'm stuck with it till I die.

Lol, 15k is a bit over budget for me.

I have A LOT of parts saved up and will have even more as the BP is coming out of my other car to make room for more cylinders. I can sell them .... orrrrrr make another miat?

Hello! I'm still passively in search of an engine-less miata in good condition, since there's no cure to the disease I have.

Not helpful for what you need, but this seems crazy for a 160k maintained car...

"Unmolested"

Also dropped 2" on a set of coilovers, which means that it's currently lower than my Targa Miata and has little to no rear suspension travel. And the mystery respray only has a little overspray. It was probably repainted because white 1.6 Miatas have a tendency to shed their paint.

But yeah, that's not out of line for the current market. NAs started climbing a few years back, before the big spike in resale for everything. They're 32 years old and a proper classic.

My buddy has a silver 1.6 liter with a bad crank nose collecting dust behind his shop.  I will ask him if he is willing to sell it.

This looks like one of my old cars I sold for 2200$ ten years ago.... now hit in the back

Ooooh, that sounds like a promising start. Ironically how my v8 car that I've "ruined" started, a bad crank nose and a silver car that had been sitting.
