Want a rare British classic, but desire modern reliability? This Bristol 408 might be just what you’re looking for.

Bristol only made 67 examples of the 408 Mk1. Of those, only three came in left-hand drive.

The car came into the care of Bristol Cars Ltd. starting in 2010, which kept the appearance of the car in the spirit of how it came from the factory. However, Bristol Cars Ltd. upgraded the mechanicals, including the brakes, suspension and powertrain. The latter of which included swapping in a GM LS3 6.2-liter V8–good for 495 horsepower–and a four-speed automatic with overdrive.

Find this 1965 Bristol 408 Series 6 up for auction at Oldtimer Galerie, with an estimated value of 150,000-175,000 CHF (approximately $170,000-$200,000 USD).
