Ferrari kit car? Not quite. Try “Ferrari-inspired” MGA custom.

The styling, though, is just the beginning of this MG's story, as the car also features a Toyota powerplant that’s been modified by LC Engineering Performance and fitted with dual Weber carbs.

Other unique features include an engine-turned dash and a Talbot-style side mirror.

Find this 1956 MGA Toyota Special available through RM Sotheby’s. The expected selling price is $35,000-$50,000.

I like it a lot , but no purist is going to want to touch it !

I think the pricing is in the imagination territory indecision for a, um, ah... one off...

If you removed the MG crest from the horn button and floor mats, 95% of the peeps out there wouldn't know what it is or was.

I personally would buy that in a heartbeat for $18-20k and drive the wheels off of it! I really like it!
