The pics look like they're 15 years old.
Honestly, it looks like it's all there but needs a bit of attention.
Depending on it's history, pedigree and who built the body, it might be a worthwhile purchase.
If it were a domestic car, that body would be considered a Convertible Victoria and rather desirable, I don't know what the equivalent English car name would be. Cabriolet C maybe?

A 1934 sold at RM Amelia Island last year for $286,000
I know very little about Rolls Royce but maybe it's a deal...
