A chassis by Ace and power from a Ford V8. Shelby Cobra? Not quite.

This is the MA-200, a prototype AC featuring a spaceframe chassis, rack-and-pinion steering, independent suspension on all four corners and a 4.7-litre Ford V8 engine.

Noted to have undergone a multi-year restoration finished in 2010, the AC would go on to win “Best in Class – Sports and GT Cars 1962–1970” at the 2010 Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance.

Find this 1963 AC MA-200 Prototype for sale from AC Heritage, price available upon application.
