How many of these Caddy convertibles are left? Out of the just 50 examples of the Series 75 Convertible Sedan produced, fewer than 10 are believed to remain.

Debuted at the 1936 New York Auto Show, this 1937 Series 75 Convertible Sedan represents two historical moments in Cadillac's history: The creation of the unit-block, L-head V8 engine and the hiring of GM Styling Chief Harley Earl protégé William L. Mitchell as Cadillac’s chief designer.

Featured in Angelo Van Bogart's “Cadillac: 100 Years of Innovation,” this Cadillac stands as one of the most well-known examples of conscientious ownership and has undergone a sympathetic restoration to its original Admiral Blue finish and Antique Blue interior.

Find this 1937 Cadillac Series 75 Convertible Sedan for auction by Mecum on January 16 at Kissimmee.
