Peace, love and Porsches? Michael Lang, who co-created Woodstock, once owned this Porsche 356 A 1600 Speedster. The late concert promoter possessed it for half a century.

This example underwent a comprehensive restoration from 2016 to 2018. It is finished in its factory-correct Red over a Beige leatherette interior.

The Porsche is not entirely original, though, as the seller says, “This 356 has been fitted with a number of modifications for ease of use, including an upgrade to a modern 12-volt electrical system, an electronic distributor, a conversion to disc brakes, LED lighting, a solid-state electric fuel pump for improved starting, as well as the fitment of a non-factory tonneau cover to protect the cabin.”

Find this 1957 Porsche 356 A 1600 Speedster by Reutter up for auction at RM Sotheby’s, with an estimated value of $335,000-$395,000.
