The seller calls this “one of the rarest post-war Aston Martins,” and with good reason. The company made only 64 of the Virage V8 Volante with a long wheelbase. Of those, only 17 were left-hand-drive, and this is one of them.

Aston Martin offered a manual transmission as an option, and, fortunately, this comes with that five-speed.

This example will need recommissioning to make it road-worthy, having sat in dry storage for 16 years. However, once completed, the buyer will have, according to the seller, one of the “most aristocratic of convertibles” back on the road.

Find this 1998 Aston Martin Virage Volante LWB Convertible up for auction at Bonhams, with an estimated winning bid of €60,000-€90,000 (approximately $66,162-$99,243).
