Some of the most ostentatious cars of the 1980s? Just look for the word “Koenig” in the name.

Such is the case for this Porsche 911 Turbo Koenig, which sports several unique fiberglass aerodynamic modifications.

The upgrades aren’t all about looks, however. The Porsche was also upgraded with Bilstein shocks, reinforced anti-roll bars, a re-mapped ECU, an improved exhaust system and a twin-turbo setup. In total, the Koenig is capable of putting out over 540 horsepower.

In January of this year, the car underwent engine-out servicing that included rebuilding the turbos and replacing the charge pipes, spark plug wires, exhaust and more.

Mileage? Just 24,253 kilometers at the time of cataloging, or approximately 15,070 miles.

Find this 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo Koenig-Specials Road Runner for auction from Broad Arrow Auctions, with an estimated value of $170,000-$190,000.
