So at PRI last year, someone, idk who exactly, was getting promo shots from all kinds of celebs to promote SpeedTubeTV. A youtube channel with a collection of all the road speedtv shows. Like pinks, pass time, etc. So I was watching old pinks episode last winter, then the channel disappeared. Like almost completely non existent, now it's back and called PowerTubeTV. And they blur out the speedtv logos in the corner but the PRI promos mid episode are still in there calling it speedtube. I have no idea what kind of legal battles are going on behind the scenes, but I am curious who owns those old rights. Idk why I assumed motortrend bought all of that.
I haven’t checked it out, but Speed got me to sign up for cable back in the day–just couldn’t miss those touring car races.

Yup, same here (Speedvision). WRC, BTCC and some of the airplane stuff was fun to watch as well.

Speedtv was my single favorite tv channel in my childhood.
My favorite was the Aussie Jet Sprint boat races. They were like a stage rally on shallow water between huge earthen berms. Small aluminum hulls with big block V8 powered jet pumps and roll cages. Crazy.
