I pulled a 1100 auto tranny, that was just sitting in a 69 Austin America. I have a good running 1275 manual in my other 69 Austin America. Can I take the auto tranny off the 1100 and put it on the 1275 without a lot of grief?

I don't know if the same is true for Austin Americas, but in the classic mini, the auto was slightly wider than the manual, and required a different front subframe to accommodate this slight difference.
