Shown here on an early 911 but I doubt they are a Porsche option. I may have also seen them on a Volvo P1800 so I'll assume they are some now defunct aftermarket wheel?

Are those the same wheels you could buy as an option for Sunbeam Tigers (LAT Option ?), or on a Lotus Cortina (seen 2 sets on LoCorts)?

The LAT Tiger wheels and McAffee Porsche wheels are two different companies, but the fake knock off spinner was the style on several different wheels in the mid 60's. On both the Tiger and 911 the wheels were lugged and the spinner was just for show.

I have these wheels on my Austin Healey. There were many suppliers of these wheels. Western Wheel, Per Spec, Dan Gurney, maybe more. I knew of them as the GT Mag. The Tiger wheels usually have a boss cast in for the fake spinner. Mine just have a normal hole. I have three under the house.

Did you get a flat? Any pictures of the house with those wheels?
