A very nice example Roadmaster Wagon although I never cared for the fake vinyl woodgrain exterior treatment and it needs some proper carpeted floor mats vs the cheesy clear vinyl ones. My dad bought a 1972 Buick Estate Wagon new at Cloud Buick in Appleton and sold it just 2 years ago to a guy in the Houston area. Had only 50K or so miles on it. Never driven in Wisconsin winters. Still smelled new inside. Had the 455-4 Barrel V8, clamshell electric tailgate, and 3-row seating. It didn't have the 5-spoke chromed Buick Sport Wheels (instead had standard black steel wheels with full stainless steel covers). It drove extremely smooth, could cruise all day at 80mph and I loved to hear and feel the rush when the secondaries opened and the trees got all blurred. Handling was actually not bad considering it was a 5000lb behemoth with rear leaf springs. A lot of memories with that one.
