During today's commute I drove beside a 1982 Corvette. It wasn't a special edition car or anything, just a very clean white '82 Vette from Georgia.

While the engine was running, you could hear the CFI's system's parts clicking on and off, was odd at first, then it just became white noise whilst checking under the hood with the engine running.
"Cease-fire" Injection? 
And a PS: I'd swear that I saw another Cross-Fire Injection C3 Vette today. This one was dark blue. Man, they're everywhere.
