If you want to spot Allan Thom on track, just look for a slim, red, elegantly boxy, four-door Alfa that leans–sometimes precipitously–through the corners and then streaks down Road America’s straights with aplomb, hounding whatever happens to be in its way.

Great article and pictures! Have seen this Alfa at Road America many times and love the picture turning the corner in downtown Elkhart Lake heading for display by Sebkins. The Alfa is really well maintained from an appearance perspective (no race patina, scratches or dents ) and driven well on the track. When we walk through the pits next July 2025, I will have to say hello.
I have had the same thought about a older car that can be used for multiple events, used my BMW 02 for rallies & autocrosses but it is sold, but hopefully replaced this spring!!!!
