I have a quick question:
I bought Moss's K & N Air Filters with mounting kit (Part # 223-010) for my 1959 AH bugeye. I put them on and when I go to close the bonnet or hood the air filter closest to the front hits the bonnet and it can't latch. At one time I had the large black original filter element on and it closed fine (filter that has two long cone shaped intakes).
I have a 1275 with 1 1/4" su carbs, so I bought the k & N Air Filter for 1 1/4" SU's
So I guess I'm asking if anyone out there as ever came across this problem or heard of anyone having this happen and what they did to solve it? I'm calling Moss on Monday as well.
