So today I became the proud owner of a new K block, as they will be know as.
I bought my block from my local Ford dealer. However Summit sells it for $1200 U.S. Ford ships for free in the U.S. I didnt ask Summit if they would ship direct from Ford. The dealer said about a week for delivery.
The block will be bored out to 82.3mm. Steel main bearing caps will be installed and the third cam bearing rotated 180deg. since its not going to be used.
