So, my dad is an old-school car nut. He's had just about every weird little car under the sun. After deciding that a second Mk18 LeGrand sportsracer would look good in the garage, he also just picked up this:

It's a really cool survivor..and pretty close to the one that he and my mom had shortly after they were married.
Here's to reliving your youth!
Very cool! What trans does it come with?

I'm also a big Turner fan. You don't see many road-going Turners these days. What you usually find are race cars that have been pretty well butchered over the years. This one is spectacular. Some vintage car dealers are known for converting cars from one model to something else (i.e., TVR Vixen to Griffith fo example) ... maybe this dealer should pick up a few Turner racer cars and convert them back to road cars.
So where's the night school to learn how to be a coolsheet Grandfather?

Yep, those crazy old folks! That's a great little car!
I'm 60 and a Grandpa....I race my Sprite at least 10 times a year
Yep, parents. My dad just bought a Miata. And a motorcycle. And a gun.
My daughter, now 23 married and out on her own, thinks her old man is pretty cool for driving a Miata and an MGB.
