Its extremely cool, provided you don't piss off the owner by taking up his time. Some do not mind.
I met some guys years ago in the middle of nowhere SC who did restorations on a wide range of cars. Their skills were incredible. Most of it was done with hand tools, a gas torch and a welder. They finally got an English wheel. Right after Katrina, I stopped by and only one guy was there. I was extremely shocked when he told me his brother and father had passed away a few years earlier. The stories I could tell about these guys!
We have just got a Taco Trailer for food service in front our shop <<a big biker bar is coming right next door << poker runs ,bike nights, tig bitties ect.........>> We want to go and get our food handlers license and have those certificates , at the withlacootchee vo tec cooking class . Marie and I met at the very same vo tec cooking class in Inverness Fl 30 or so years ago. We are going saturday morning 8 to 12 oclock to sit in class for 4 hours and tour the kitchen at the school . We have some pictures of us back in the day but those old cameras make you look alot thinner than you really are . Just today The Chef has called me on my cell saying come on down we are gonna have blast . Not auto related but exciting never the less.
