Too early to think about the Mitty?

The Event Dept. has been busy working on the upcoming Mitty. Hey, they even got Hollywood to remake the film featuring Walter Mitty.

I am going to TRY and have the Cooper ready, but its going to be close, and I really hate the thought of replacing the original fuel tanks...

I guess it is too early to register as a participant? HSR hasn't responded yet to a couple of inquiries. I want to run it this year.

It opens in just 24 hours and 16 minutes.. Never too early to plan...

I did and Tim referred me to HSR, the sanctioning body. Apparently they haven't opened up registration yet? I'm a 2002 driver.

I guess I'll bump this one to the top now that they have opened registration. I'm going to register in about a week. I'm not an HSR member but am a CVAR member. It's pricey ($1200 plus travel costs and hotel) to do the whole event for non members, but should be a great time!

OK, Signed up and I'm in. Where can the schedule of events be found? Coming from TX I'd like to maximize my time at this event for when I am not on track. I'm familiar with Road Atlanta, having attended Barber there a few years ago so knowing the schedule will allow me to try and entertain family who will be there.

I'm at the MotorSports Expo in Charlotte this weekend and ran into some people who are Mitty-bound. See you guys next month.
