There is a 1986 TVR 280i for sale about 2 miles from my house. It only has 22,500 miles. Looks to be in good condition interior and out except that the red paint could use some buffing, tires need to be replaced, and some exterior rubber bits here and there could use replacing. No idea if it runs or not. No evidence of ever having been wrecked. Sign says $4750.00. It's been out there for 3 weeks. The North America TVR parts seller is about 3 hours from here in Roanoke, Virginia. I have no more garage space. I am not interested in buying it. I have been by to look at it 5 times. I have a kid in college. Must resist urge to purchase........
