So I was watching this fun clip of the Sopwith cup race: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6mbYgF41g5k and other than the fact that the racing is surprisingly good, it's telling how many of the top cars aren't what you'd expect to be remotely quick. A Nash Metropolitan??? A big, honking luxury Jaguar, an Austin A40 and such. Remarkable. And how'd you like to have to explain to your friends how far back your Falcon was?
