Hi,

My wife was curious what this car is, so she snapped a picture. She wasn't able to get a front or side view.

I showed her photos of the Bradley GT, but she says the front doesn’t look right. The Bradley has a scooped front. She said the front of this car was more wedge shaped, sort of like a Mazda RX-7, Maserati Khamsin, etc.

Appreciate your thoughts!

Had one before.  Very cool car.  Very thin fiberglass body mounted on a stamped steel chassis pan similar to a VW pan.  Lots of neat Saab things, like the front strut bar doubles as an expansion tank for the cooling system, and headlight pods that were lifted by pulling what looks like a metal broomstick handle witrh a Tee Handle on the end.  Pull to lift, push it back to lower them.  Mine came with a V4 but earlier ones had a 3 stroke engine.

A dude at my school drove one--it was one of the later models. Still, an usual car for a dorm parking lot.

The Sonnett IIs have grown on me. The III is my Saab of choice, though.
