There are a couple of things that need to be changed, but I lean toward the awesome camp.
That thing is GREAT, just lose the chain steering wheel and remove the stickers. And I really wish I had TWO lifts behind my house.

I'd say 90% awesome, it needs some tweaking.
Lose the hood bulge, the flames and the side pipes, I'd drive it.
Might need to pick a different color as well. Maybe a forest green or dark gray.
I'd also have to raise the front about an inch and drop the back about an inch.
Edit: The steering wheel has got to go as well. I'm not planning on driving while handcuffed, so I'm pretty sure I can get buy with a bigger wheel.
I love late 60's Caddy's, but I'm not wild about that. Still plenty cool though.

There's a sick part of me that wants to go one step further, spray it black, spray the wheel centers red, get some whitewall/stripes on it sorta rat rod style, maybe change the side pipes out for a set of triple exit lake pipes like you'd see on an old merc and bag the berkeley out of it.
