Ive been through a few 12 volt tire pumps through the years. The current one has lasted about 4. Its a "heavy duty truck pump" that came from a parts store and was about 60 bucks. This style of pump is very handy for me and I even use it on the tractors. However, its dying (took 15 minutes to put 5psi in my truck) and I need a replacement. I know the 20 buck ones you find everywhere dont last long enough to fool with. Plus I need one that will put 60ish psi in a tire and the cheapies usually are not up to task.

The ARB and similar would be ideal but its hard to swallow a 500 price tag. Right now I am willing to spend up to 100. Does anybody have one they would recommend?

have you thought about just carrying a c02 tank?

honestly I haven't found anything that is portable and cheap that will fill a tire to 60 psi like my truck and trailer tires need. Most of the sub $60 ones will run all day and get hot and maybe bump the needle up to 55 after 15 mins. I tried one that couldn't keep the 45 psi in them already, it was actually running yet bleeding off psi.

Harbor freight sells a fairly big one that's direct drive and hooks directly to the battery. I have smallerwith complaints, but I'm not doing truck tires.

Keeping a CO2 tank full would be more hassle than I would want to deal with. My luck would dictate a low tire at 10pm on a Sunday when the tank is dry

thats not really how they work, a tank would probably last you a year or more just using it to top off tires.
