Yeah, I had already looked at Sasco. They have the typical stuff, but nothing that I'd really call dual purpose. Maybe that doesn't exist, but I guess that's why I asked the question in the first place, to find out. And man, Avon tires are expensive! Yikes! But wbjones, thanks for the link!
Well, it looks like I just bought these:

Since they cost about $200 a piece new, I figured I can't go wrong with $200 for all 4 of them. I know they're not good street tires, but for the price I couldn't pass them up.
