Backspace would probably need to be 45, same as the Enkie RPF1 wheels that I use for my autocross tires.

Thanks for the reply. My budget is tight. I'm checking to see what might be taking up space in someone's garage.
If I were to buy new, I would pick up another Enkie RPF1 set. 13.7 pounds a wheel and under a thousand for a full set.
If you're not fussy about the style or some curb rash, cheapest route would be to just pick up a set of Facebook Marketplace.
apparently 2019-2022(?) Honda Insights had 16x7's in 45mm offset (and clearly matching hub diameter)

looks like there's also a 16x7et45 in the civic from 2016-2019

car-part indicates there's 3 civic wheels in clearwater for $75/wheel, and the oddball fourth in sebring for $95
I just, for fun, tried one of my 03Merc wheels on my Mazda3. With the wider 7" rim, and more tire, they would rub, and not a good enough look to put new tires on, but they do have a 42 offset, iirc.
I could find a steel one around the yard for free, if I was home.
I know I have a steel one off a Honda laying around also, you can have, but you'd need to be on the phone with me while ya walked around!
W of Dothan might be a bit far, unless you had other reasons to be in the area.
My wife would be glad to enable, as well. You'd just have to promise not to allow her to give you anything else!!!
I think your on the panhandle?
EDIT:
wrong location in my memory banks!
still welcom, of course, but WAY too far!
dunno if this is $150/wheel-tire, or $150 for the set... but here's a craigslist ad (I can't check marketplace anymore) in Delray beach for 4 of those civic wheels:
