A friend is looking for wheels for snow tires on his 2017 Civic Si. He's concerned that 17s may not clear the brakes. Anyone here know for sure if they will or won't?

Considering it's the preferred size at Tire rack, I'd be really surprised if it didn't. They are usually pretty good on stuff like that.

I pointed that out to him, but he'd still like some hard evidence.
A coworker has been running 17's for his winter wheels for 2 years now, no issues.
It has 12.3 inch disks. Those aren't big. If Tire Rack says they'll fit them they'll fit.
Edit: also, the current Accord has the same size brakes and comes with 17's.
