That's not a turbo. That's a supercharger. And I don't think it's factory.
That is seriously homebrew top to bottom. Intercooler might be from a Mazdasoeed Miata but the installation most definitely is not. The air intake shows a MAF so I have big concerns about the engine management, and since there's no filter on it I have concerns about the health of both the engine and the blower. Note that it shows "mechanical" as a fault, that could be a busted diff arm from the punch in the back or it could be a blown engine.
Challenge material, maybe. I wouldn't want it for much else.

Looks like an M62 supercharger from a Buick engine. The intercooler looks familiar but I can't place it.
Looks like a MazdaSpeed Miata stock intercooler.
