2016 Buick Regal
The price seems fair, car is CPO, i'm just worried about the car fax and how the miles basically haven't changed since last March?
Any tips on what I should look for in person before buying, or if you guys think anything is wrong with the car?

You mention a questionable Carfax but there seems to be no Carfax info provided.
Not questionable carfax, questionable that it hasn't sold in 200 days.
Here is a carfax link regardless, https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?partner=DEY_0&vin=2G4GS5GX0G9158570
Have you heard that sedan sales are really slow as people tend to be choosing crossover SUVs?
The Carfax say this was a 3 year lease in Michigan. It was then auctioned to a Wisconsin dealer who couldn't move the car. As it sat on the lot it wasn't driven much (not many test drives)
The Wisconsin dealer finally offloaded the car at auction and an IL dealership bought it, where it is still a slow seller, even if they put CPO on it.
This is probably a nice car, just not a popular car and unpopular mean slow selling
What Mr. Welsh said. I can't imagine a '16 Buick is on the hot sellers list anywhere.
Not many miles since March on a Buick? Easy answer. Grandma passed away and it took several months for the red tape and execution of the will before the executor got a title for it. Its been sitting in the driveway of the nephew since she died and he finally got the paperwork completed. [/plausible fiction]
But it looks like its gone now.
If you were to look at the carfax for my Impala SS, you would see that it hasn't had more than about 2000 miles in the last three years. I take it out and give it a good full-temp drive every couple months, but I work so much and drive my truck all the time. It doesn't mean that the SS is bad.
