That seems really cheap even for the miles. I bet you could recover your costs in parts sales easily if it didn't work out to be a sweet DD. (Manual trans swaps = $$)
2001 S60's are generally known as the year to avoid. They have problems with the electronic throttle system (ETS), as well as a few one-year-only parts and typical first of production issues.
Also, it is probably crying for its second timing belt replacement at that mileage, which he makes no mention of, and he thinks it has a four cylinder (they all have five). Pass.

Unless you have tiny feet, FWD Volvos need automatics. If its not AWD, it will be a lovely thing. If its AWD, everybody will tell you about how the AWD will fail and cost you all the money in the world. (Hint: They won't, if its been maintained)
I have a customer with that very car- same color and everything. Last time I saw it, it was at 517,000 km. Its starting to get a bit loose now.
