Just got one trying to find out how many were built and how many came to the us?
Balls is a bit in my court here. There is nothing special about the GT2 other then the low production that you cannot reproduce for significantly less cash with a stock turbo.
Very easy to remove the front wheel drive portion on a turbo, you can go way better on the turbos aftermarket and build a killer GT2 like turbo.
IIRC the GT2 was also lighter with fancy seats and did not come with PSM/TCS. It also had different bumpers (at least up front)
