Hello fellow addicts,
Friend of mine just did a front brake rotor change and a pad swap on all 4 corners of his 06 lexus GS430. Now he's got VSC and ABS and some other lights lighting up on the dash......is this one of the new breed of cars with sensors every 2 inches.....and the only way to clear/reset the idiot lights is to have the dealer do it....or perhaps is there some other way to do it grassroots-style?
I gotta give my friend props -- decides that the 800 bucks to have the dealer do it was too much -- so a trip to the local parts shop and he and his dad do it themselves....in 100 degree heat in the afternoon...in Texas!
