Long story short I picked up a 2007 Saturn Ion 2.2l 5spd coupe for basically scrap money. We ended up changing the engine. The new engine started fine and I took the car for an extended test drive. No issues, no check engine lights. About two days later I went to move it and it wouldn't start. The starter solenoid isn't getting power. I've checked the clutch safety switch and the battery has a full charge. The relays in the underhood fuse panel chatter when you put the key in the on position. It sounds like they aren't getting enough power but the I'm getting 12.5v at the terminals. Could this be a security system issue? I just got the car pushed back into the shop last night so I haven't gone any further with the trouble shooting. Any ideas?
