Yup, I'm happy to be where I'm at—the car has been changing immensely after the past few autocrosses and I've got years of catching up to do to the likes of Tommy and Clemens. That said, it's simply stunning to drive at that speed. Relative to the other classes, BMod is flying

I'm knocking on wood—I'm hoping tomorrow goes as well.

Is it that happy place you were hoping for?

it sure is good to read that you are having that much fun with a car that has really challenged you so much mentally.

(and get a clean run in (9:13 am, two runs, two dirty runs... ))

What's amazing to see is the consistency of the lap times--with the exception of first time outs, and obvious screwups. It's not like the competitiors have laps and laps to learn the course. Congrats to all who make it to this level.

I've seen Clemens run a few times in person, and it's batE36 M3-crazy insane.

He's got another ermmm..... interesting car that i saw him testing about a week and a half ago.

Don't knock that front splitter too hard now Per.

Good to see you running so well in a car that certainly has changed quite a bit.

Yay! Angie kicked butt. Chris and John did really well in an very strong STR field. And 5th in BMod is a good start for this car's development. I'm hoping to bring a little more to the fight next year.

Dave's in 4th, a couple ticks behind his co-driver (Brett Howell).; both are in trophy positions.

Congrats, guys; and go faster on day-two!

Fellow CFR member Greg Shumaker has the final trophy spot in C Stock after the first day. MX-5's hold the top three spots, followed by an RX-8 and a 370Z. I'm seeing more variety in almost every class this year, which is refreshing after several years of single-make fields.
